• Railtrail offers a range of tour fares including First Class rail travel, Standard Class rail travel, and Tour Base Fare options for those who wish to travel independently.

• Our secure and easy to use 24/7 online booking facility helps to make booking your next holiday simpler than ever or, alternatively, our friendly Customer Care Team are on hand to answer any questions you may have and take you through the booking process. Plus, once you make a booking with Railtrail, your booking confirmation will provide a personal contact in the office for any queries or future correspondence you may have about your forthcoming holiday.

• We pride ourselves on providing stress free travel with our rail inclusive packages as these packages include rail tickets that are not restricted to a specific train service or company so, should you miss your specified train or a connecting train, your ticket is still valid on the next service. All we ask is that you telephone either the office during office hours, or your Tour Manager outside of office hours, to let us know of any hiccup in your journey and we will then take control leaving you free to relax and enjoy the remainder of your journey.

Financial Protection

• Railtrail Tours is a member of ABTOT (ABTOT Member No. 5577) who provide financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and, in the highly unlikely event of our insolvency, all monies paid to us in advance for a booking will be refunded so you can relax knowing that you are fully protected on any Railtrail Tours holiday.

• We are also ATOL Protected (ATOL 9056).
